PRE ORDERS 

All dates listed next to items are estimates. For example Fedex will notify us that the item is set to arrive by 11/01/21. We will then add 10 more days to that date just in case there is a delay. It is better to expect it late and receive it early, than to expect it early and receive it late. 

 

 

 

 

PROCESSING

 

Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Standard shipping takes 4-9 business days to receive a domestic shipment and 2-4 weeks to receive an international shipment. Rates and options for domestic shipments (within the US) can be found below:

Standard Shipping - First Class (5-10Business Days) 
Expedited - Fast (2-4Business Days) 

 

Fulfillment-

If a product is out of stock and the same option is available in a different size we will refund you the difference and send smaller size. If smaller size isn’t available we send email asking if you would like to substitute. if reply isn’t received within 72 hours will remove item from order or cancel completely.

RETURN POLICY

Returns: Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a store credit. Returns shipped after the first  , all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted after the 7th day.

If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.

 

Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (INFO@Shopsavvystrands.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to COVID 19.

*Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method. We strongly suggest using a trackable and insured shipping service. Shipment costs are nonrefundable.
